What is UV coating and how much does it cost?

Ultra Violet (UV) coating is applied over ink printed on paper and dried by exposure to UV lighting. This type of coating gives publications an added sheen and is more durable, thus protecting them from normal wear and tear. UV coating is ideal for handouts, sell sheets, programs and more.

A satin UV coating comes standard on the front and back of all Poster products at no extra cost. In addition, our Wire-O and perfect binding options include a UV coating on the front and back covers of the publication. At this time, we do not have the option for uncoated Posters or for uncoated covers on either Wire-O or perfect bound publications.

For our smaller 5.5 x 8.5” and 8.5 x 5.5" Flyer products, you have the option to add UV coating to both the front and back sides of your Flyer for $.06 per piece.

For our larger 8 x 8" and 8.5 x 11" Flyer productsyou have the option to add UV coating to both the front and back sides of your Flyer for $.12 per piece.
